Competência de feedback do corpo docente universitário: projeto e validação de um instrumento para autoavaliação

Resumo

A avaliação para aprendizagem destacou a necessidade de que os professores universitários desenvolvam competências específicas de feedback. Embora o conceito da teacher feedback literacy tenha sido amplamente conceituado na literatura, atualmente existem poucos instrumentos disponíveis para sua avaliação e não há ferramentas validadas em espanhol voltadas para esses profissionais. Nosso objetivo foi projetar e validar um questionário para avaliar a competência de feedback do corpo docente universitário. Com base na revisão da literatura especializada e em um processo de validação por revisão de especialistas, uma versão inicial foi desenvolvida e administrada a uma amostra de docentes universitários. Posteriormente, foi realizada uma análise fatorial exploratória para examinar sua estrutura interna e várias análises de confiabilidade para avaliar suas propriedades psicométricas. Os resultados nos permitiram obter uma versão final composta por 18 itens organizados em quatro dimensões. A estrutura obtida é coerente com os modelos contemporâneos de competência em feedback e oferece uma ferramenta útil para pesquisa, diagnóstico e desenho de ações de formação no ensino superior. São discutidas as implicações do instrumento para o desenvolvimento profissional do professor e para a melhoria das práticas de avaliação orientadas para a aprendizagem.
