Abstract

This article forms part of the theoretical construction that both authors are developing in the framework of their doctoral theses—Ph.D. in Educational Sciences UNLP and UNC. This time, the most significant features of the internal and/or external regulations undergone currently by the Argentine university system are characterized. Although the 90’s were the object of multiple analyses, productions that refer to the evolution of university policies during the first decade of the XXI century are still scarce. In this sense, this article will broach some national and international trends considered to regulate university policies and configure academic life in Argentine universities.
