Abstract

This paper is portion of a more extensive research effort on the growth of the education research field in Mexico in relation with its agents.  One of the purposes of such research is to understand how the professional identity of such agents has been built.  This paper deals with the relevance of the internalization of values and the building of a benign narcissism in professional ethics and productivity of education researchers in Mexico.

Alicia de los Ángeles Colina Escalante, Universidad Autonoma de Tlaxcala

PhD in Education from the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala (UATx), where she is a full-time professor. Research topics: educational research, the training of researchers and the constriction of the professional identity of the educational researcher.
