The questionnaire was responded by a representative sample of 2086 students and the results obtained evidence a generally high satisfaction with this service, vased on the perceived reputation of the university and a high lever of user involvement in their learning process. Furthermore, levels of dissatisfaction were found for the quality of administrative services, equipment and infrastructure, and in some variables of teacher quality. The conclusion is that these variables account for the student satisfaction in the context of a public university, which upon being measured can improve its services.
