Abstract

This essay offers a brief analysis of the history of the University Reform movement, initiated at the Uni- versity of Córdoba, Argentina, in 1918. It aims to study the academic roots of this movement and thecauses of its projection in Latin America. It also includes a brief reflection on the current relevance ofthe reformist ideals.
